Our Dishwashers have an important role in the smooth running of our restaurant, contributing to a well-run kitchen. This role follows high standards of cleanliness, attention to detail, and sanitation.
We look for people that can maintain a positive attitude, are accommodating, even-tempered and methodical, have a winning spirit, are focused and flexible with a great work ethic and that like to have fun at work as well.

Primary responsibilities include:
– keeping the kitchen stocked with clean cooking equipment, china, glassware and silver
– maintaining cleanliness in all assigned areas through daily and weekly tasks to include various kitchen and cleaning equipment, floors, interior and exterior waste areas
– removal of various types of waste
– performing kitchen prep tasks
– other support duties as assigned

This role requires the ability to:
– bend, twist, stoop, kneel, push and pull for several hours per day
– read and comprehend usage instructions for cleaning products and follow them accurately
– understand health department regulations
– lift up to 50 pounds
– handle instructions
– perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
– stand for an 8 hour shift
– work with little or no supervision
